Training Sessions for Experience Associates:

  • CMU Participates in the training of new and existing Experience Associates to ensure they are well-versed in the SOPs and protocols specific to CX and CMU operations, fostering a strong foundation of knowledge from the start.

 Refresher Sessions

  • CMU organizes and conducts regular refresher sessions to reinforce adherence to SOPs, ensuring that associates consistently follow the correct procedures when filing and managing tickets.

Protocol Adherence

  • Monitor the implementation of SOPs during training sessions, providing guidance and feedback to associates to ensure a high standard of accuracy and compliance in their daily tasks.

Continuous Enablement

  • Actively collaborate with the training and enablement teams to update and refine training materials as SOPs evolve, ensuring that associates are equipped with the most current information and best practices.
