Weekly Reporting

  • The State Bank of Pakistan has provided a weekly report template.

  • The regulatory reporting unit shares the template with the point of contact (POC) every Monday and it must be updated by the end of the day. 

  • The complaint management unit is in charge of collecting and documenting data related to customer complaints.

  • JIRA filters have been created to differentiate between pending and solved customer complaints.

  • A datamap is created, formatted and then updated weekly in the template provided well before the stipulated deadline.

 Monthly Reporting

 Quarterly Reporting
