When to “Close” a chat?

  • All chats where users' issues have been resolved, their queries have been answered must be closed. 


  • Make sure to ask the user if they need further help/have any other queries.


  • If they’re satisfied and do not ask further questions, we can close the chat with a closing message for example: 
    "It was a pleasure assisting you! Feel free to reach out anytime you need help. Have an amazing day ahead! Goodbye :)"
