Query: User inquiring about their closing balance on a particular date |

Action Required:Log in to PTS > Help desk > Activity > Customer Care - Set the date in the " To" section of authorization tab, for which we need the closing balance, e.g. 22 march
- Set this same date in the "From" (if this search results in no transaction details, we can set the From date to as old as we want, no issues with that)
- Note the "Mini Statement", "Balance inquiry", or any successful transaction at all that shows up at the top of this search, without using any filters, that will be the latest transaction we need
- Open the details by clicking on the "reference number" of that particular transaction
- You'll be able to see the "Available balance" of the user which reflects the remaining balance after that transaction or closing balance for the particular day.
- If no transaction appears on the specified date (for example, 25th), check for the transaction of the latest available date (for example, 20th). Since the user hadn't done any transactions since then, their balance will be the same as on the 25th as that of the 20th.
Note: Don't forget to check last transaction for both cards i.e. Physical & Virtual incase we need to check these both, make sure to check the time of the latest transactions and communicate the time closest to the end of the asked day)
Solution:- Inform the closing balance of the particular day with the user
