Query: User wishes to file a complaint about a CXA or reach out to higher management
If a user wishes to file a complaint about a CXA or reach out to higher management, please initiate an Agent Complaint Ticket.

Steps:
  • The CXA will share the Agent Complaint Ticket link with the user.  Show Shortcuts > Send a ticket form > Agent Complaint.  Visual step by step guide has been shared below
  • Once the user submits the Intercom form, a JIRA ticket will be automatically created in the backend with all relevant details
  • At the same time, Syed Bazil Ali and Maha Hamid will be tagged on the chat for further review.
