Query: User requests for a PRC

User requests CX Associate for PRC against a specific invoice they have received payment against. To get PRC for an invoice, users need to withdraw their USD earnings amount first. 


Probing Questions from the user: 

  1. Account number/IBAN

  2. Account Title

  3. Transaction Details

  • Serial Number (for multiple invoices of same user)

  • Invoice ID

  • Amount

  • Date

  • Email with all the relevant details to BAFL.
  • The source of the transaction number will be the Invoice ID. 
After 12th Dec’ 23
  • Email with all the relevant details to BAFL. 
  • The source of the transaction will be the Remittance ID. This means we will not be requesting PRCs on invoices but on withdrawals, hence the details we add to the ticket should be of the withdrawal, not the invoice.
  • Please be sure to communicate this to the user if they request a PRC on invoices post 12th Dec.
