Description: The article includes basic information related to High Risk Score clients.



  • Check the decline reason from Checkout / Mission Control if the payment link hasn’t expired. 
  • However, if the payment link shows “This link has expired due to excessive attempts”, then we will check the issue from Sift. Mission control will show the invoice as Blocked and the link would have expired after 1 attempt from the client’s end. On the user's end, the payment link is shown as Frozen.

We will ask the user for the payment link which was shared with the client and then check the decline reason from Sift.

We will send the following message to the user when the client’s risk score is above 90 and Sift shows it as Blocked:


“After investigating, we found that there was an issue with the payment processing due to standard security measures we have in place. Our system flagged the payment as potentially risky based on certain criteria associated with the client's details. To ensure smooth transactions, we encourage clients to provide accurate and verified information during the payment process.”
