Action Required: - File a CX Complaints (CXC) JIRA ticket.
Select “Account Deactivation - Sadabiz” as the Issue type. Action taken should be "investigating the case" and status should be "Reported by user" Ticket will be created and auto-assigned to CX Specialists who will take the issue forward Once deactivated, CXS will change ticket status to "Done"
Solution: - Inform the user that we're working on it and give them an update as soon as we can.
