Query: How to deactivate my BizAccount?


Chat Tag: Business Account > Deletion Request 


Action Required:

  • File a CX Complaints (CXC) JIRA ticket. 
  • Select “Account Deactivation - Sadabiz” as the Issue type.

  • Action taken should be "investigating the case" and status should be "Reported by user"

  • Ticket will be created and auto-assigned to CX Specialists who will take the issue forward

  • Once deactivated, CXS will change ticket status to "Done"

Solution: 

  • Inform the user that we're working on it and give them an update as soon as we can.


Query: User requests to cancel their biz account verification request


Chat Tag: Business Account > Verification Request Cancelation

Action Required: 

  • If a user requests to cancel their Biz Account Verification request, CXAs can simply mark the ticket as "No Action Required"
