Query: How to deactivate my BizAccount?


Chat Tag: Business Account > Deletion Request 


Action Required:

  • File a CX Complaints (CXC) JIRA ticket. 
  • Select “Account Deactivation - Sadabiz” as the Issue type.

  • During ticket creation, all CXAs must select the name of their lead in the “Lead Name“ field. 

  • Ticket will be created and auto-assigned to Team Leads who will take the issue forward.

Solution: 

  • Inform the user that we're working on it and give them an update as soon as we can.
