Query: User inquiring about their pending invoices that are not credited due to limit breached |
Chat Tag: Business Account > Limit Reset Query |
Context:Cases where invoices are not credited to users due to limit breached are visible on this tableau dashboard These cases are sent to CXS in a pdf file through email and are then transferred to this sheet by CXS. Users will be informed via an OB message by Syed Bazil Ali The amounts are then manually settled after the reset date (T+1 from PTS Period end date) The amount will be processed on a working day therefore the communicated date of credit/settlement should be accordingly.
Action Required: 1. Checking Period reset date Open PTS > Helpdesk > Activity > Customer Care Open User’s Virtual card > Go to device & Wallet activity > Period End Date For example, If the user’s period end date is 15/04/23 then his/her limit will reset on T+1 working day (weekends not included). The next 30 day period will start on the date after the period end date on which the user will receive his/her first credit transaction. If the period end date is older than the current date, this means that the user has not initiated his next period and the remaining limit will be 500,000 in such cases.
2. Checking Remaining limit Check Period Total section in the device & wallet activity Credit transaction amount utilised: the amount of funds that has been received by the user. For example: If the amount is 491936, the remaining limit will be (500,000 - 491936 = 8,064) Debit transaction amount utilised: the amount of funds sent by the user.
For example: If the amount is 490130, the remaining limit will be (500,000 - 490130 = 9,870) as shown below in the picture.

Chat Tag: Business Account > Remaining Limit Discrepancy |
Context:
- Biz users now have the ability to view their remaining incoming limit or track it when initiating a withdrawal.
These limits have an accuracy range of 85-90%, and we have rolled out this visibility feature to all users. - In cases of inaccurate remaining limits or reset dates, our display shows more conservative results to help control breaches. Not only will users see these limits while selecting which wallet to withdraw to, but they will also encounter descriptive error pop-ups if they enter an amount larger than their allowed limits.
Action Required:
- Tag the chats and raise any discrepancy with the user's limits on this thread.
